OUR COACHES
The cornerstone of VCA’s success lies in our exceptional coaching staff. We recognize that parents must trust us to help guide their child’s development, which is why we dedicate ourselves to meticulously selecting and retaining the finest coaches in the region. For us, the “best” means coaches not only with robust volleyball expertise, but also a dedication to nurturing our formidable athletes into outstanding individuals both on and off the court, prioritizing exemplary character traits.
While we seek coaches with a solid volleyball background, we also place importance on ongoing growth and consistency within our coaching team. We hold all of our coaches to the expectation of dedicating time each year to learn about the latest techniques and strategies used by the top coaches in the country. Additionally, we provide our coaches with general guidelines on skill advancement and coaching principles to ensure our players receive uniform instruction from the outset of their journey with the Rising Star Team, all the way through their final club season with VCA.
