OUR TEAMS
Volleyball Collective Academy (VCA) is a community of players, coaches, and volunteers who are passionate about volleyball. We provide a platform for players of all levels to develop their skills, build lasting friendships, and cultivate love for the game. Our coaches and volunteers share a common vision of promoting sportsmanship, integrity, and respect both on and off the court.
Elite Teams (Girls Team)
Commitment Level:
- Primary Sport
- Goal to qualify and attend Nationals
- Goal to make school volleyball teams
- Goal to make a National team next year
- Goal is development
- Participates in extra training (i.e. clinics, lessons)
Travel: 1 National Tournament
Season: December - May (June if attending Nationals)
Coaches: 1-2 Coaches per team

Players: 10-12 per team

Tournaments:
- 6-7 local
- 1-2 travel (at least 1 National Qualifier)

Practices: 2 times a week
Rising Stars (Co-ed Team)
Commitment Level:
- Primary Sport or Secondary Sport
- Works with Schedule, no travel
- Goal is development
- Players starting club volleyball and/or playing more for fun
Season: January - April
Coaches: 1 Coach per team

Players: 10-12 per team

Practices: 2 times a week
